Robofest - Robotics Workshop 
The robotic seminar was followed by a workshop in which the mentors gave the participants the basic guidelines involved in making a robot.
In this 4 day workshop each team made a robot of there own. They were supplied with the basic components the motors, wires, switches… after this it was there turn to make some imaginative and efficient body for their robotic. Each team was also supposed to think about some innovative flipper which would be used to kick the ball during the robosoccer. The mentor helped them to understand the designing part of the robotics. They also gave them the basic idea about the circuit involved which the teams made by soldering the wires. After this workshop each team had a robot prepared which was ready to go and give a tough fight in the robosoccer to every other…. |
