The IEEE Bombay Section announced the K. Shankar Paper and Project Idea Contests (two separeate contests).
The deadline for submission for the papers/ideas was extended to 7th March 2007.
The results of the elimination round are expected anytime. The papers/ideas which would be selected would get an opportunity to present their work on 17th March 2007 at the Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Andheri.
The Prizes for the winners (in both contests) are:
First : Rs.7000/-
Second : Rs.5000/-
Third : Rs.3000/- .
The Best Project Idea would also receive funds for implementation.
